OUR STORY
Matthew and Melissa purchased Lindfield Specialty Butcher in late 2018.

Matthew brings with him a lifetime of skills learnt from many skilled butchers in particular his father. Matthew is experienced in the older more traditional cuts as well as the current more modern cuts.
Matthew has a passion for the trade which is reflected in our products. And a following of customers which is testament to our customer service and ability.

All our sausages are made in house by Matthew. We regularly alternate the flavours on a weekly basis.

Since we first started operating at Lindfield, we’ve developed a loyal fan base that is just as particular about good food as we are! Come on down and meet us in person.
